Aristo is a small company. There is no account management layer between you and the engineers who configure the network, which is deliberate.
Who does what
Between them they cover strategy and vendor relationships, backbone architecture and routing policy, and the commercial side. A technical question reaches an engineer on the first email rather than the third.

Chief Technology Officer
Leads backbone architecture, routing policy, redundancy planning, optical transport, and operational reliability across all eight Aristo metros.
Emrah Yorulmaz
Business Development Manager
Oversees enterprise sales, carrier relationships, and partner programs, helping customers design scalable connectivity solutions tailored to their needs.
The desk matters more than the name
For day to day work, write to the function rather than the person. Those addresses reach whoever is on shift, and they are monitored around the clock for anything affecting a live service.
